Begin Again…(and again)
There’s something powerful about giving yourself permission to begin again.
Not because you failed.
Not because you quit.
Not because you didn't have what it takes.
But because sometimes life changes. Priorities shift. Inspiration fades. And the version of you that started something isn't always the same version of you that's meant to carry it forward.
Ten years ago, I launched my business with a passion for helping people grow personally and professionally. Along the way, I've spoken to audiences, coached professionals, written books, built relationships, and learned lessons that no degree or certification could ever teach.
I've also taken breaks - Intentional ones.
Not because I stopped caring, but because I believe creativity and impact shouldn't be forced. There have been seasons where motherhood needed more of me. Seasons where my career demanded my attention. Seasons where I simply wasn't inspired to create, and instead of pushing through for the sake of consistency, I gave myself permission to pause.
And now?
I'm giving myself permission to begin again.
Professionally, I've accumulated nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience, leadership development expertise, lessons from startups and Fortune 100 companies, successes, failures, and more stories than I can count. I've spent years helping organizations attract, develop, and retain talent while helping professionals navigate their careers with confidence and purpose.
It's time to share more of that knowledge.
So consider this my official "hello again."
Whether you're a job seeker looking for your next opportunity, a leader trying to build a stronger team, or an organization seeking practical people strategies, you're in the right place. This space will be dedicated to real conversations about leadership, career growth, workplace culture, talent development, and the lessons I've learned along the way. No corporate jargon. No fluff. Just practical insights, honest conversations, and actionable strategies you can put to work immediately.
Most importantly, I hope this serves as a reminder that you're allowed to begin again, too. As many times as it takes. You don't need permission from anyone else.
If something no longer fits, evolve.
If you've been resting, restart.
If you've been waiting for the perfect moment, this is your sign.
I'm excited for what's ahead and grateful you're here for the journey. Welcome back. And if you're new here, welcome! I can't wait to connect with you.
