Build A Team

One key thing I’ve learned in the entrepreneurial space is that you cannot do this thing alone. The idea of the solopreneur is just ineffective, sure you can do it all…but should you?

We all have natural gifting and we’re all called to do different things in this world, some which we do naturally and others we do through learned skill and experience along the way. Either way, we have different skills and offers (for a reason, right?). With that said, there are things you are naturally gifted at and things that you simply have the capability to do. For example, I can get on canvas and design a flyer…but if I ask (and pay) my Graphic Designer to do the same task it’ll be quicker, easier, and MUCH better!

In this world the only way to accomplish a given task is to use our time or money. That’s simply the only 2 options. We have to evaluate the value of our time and sometimes that requires leveraging our money to save our time/energy. Also what this does is allows your business to experience an even better product as the outcome, effectively making it a win-win for your customer. Additionally, this gives you more time to do the thing you are actually called to be doing!
